To appeal to those with a sweeter tooth, we have developed a range of luxury liqueurs.

Made to our own (secret!) recipes in the spirits cellar, these liqueurs are fantastic as an after dinner drink served at room temperature, or enjoy on their own poured over ice. For more adventurous alternatives, try them poured over ice cream, sorbets, fruit salads or crepes, or as an ingredient in cocktails!

Orange Liqueur

Our original release, this liqueur has fresh zesty orange aromas, a warming sweet palate with a lingering finish.

Raspberry Liqueur

Incredible lifted aromas of raspberries, that follows to the palate. Try this one with along side a summer pudding - delicious!

Apricot Liqueur

Rich and golden liqueur with a distinctive almond like - apricot kernel aroma, following through to a full fruity palate. Really good alongside a strong cup of coffee!

Blackcurrant Liqueur

Deeply coloured with the unmistakeable cassis aroma and flavour. Fantastic on its own over ice, and a great base for a "Kir royal" - add a shot to a Champagne flute and top up with Cuvee de La Mare sparkling wine!
