La Mare started simply as a Winery and Distillery producing a range of still white wine and our Jersey Apple Brandy. It has now evolved to produce a wide range of ciders, wines (white, red and sparkling), spirits and liqueurs. Product development continues in our winery and laboratory creating new drinks that compliment our existing range and benefit from the extra time it takes to craft these into something uniquely Jersey.
