La Mare officially opened their new facilities in June 2007. As well as a new winery & distillery, La Mare has added a stunning new oak and glass building which overlooks the vineyards and is home to The Vineyard Restaurant & Terrace. (seats up to 50 for dinner), and a large conference room that can seat up to 180 for dinner, an ideal setting for our unique activities. For larger events the main lawn is a perfect marquee site to cater for up to 400 people.
Our aim is to provide the kind of unusual and effective relaxation that important tours and conference activities require in a busy schedule.
La Mare Wine Estate is able to offer a wide range of activities to suit all requirements, with some of the most popular activities being outlined in the links on the left.
That said, we pride ourselves on being able to provide whatever you want and our aim is to "break the ice" with groups of people who don't necessarily know each other that well.
As such, our activities are normally tailored around a lunch or dinner with one of our unique or unusual activities as the lead in, and ice-breaker, for a relaxed and memorable visit.
La Mare Wine Estate is happy to cater for groups of 10 to 1000 people, throughout the year.
