So many people have asked us how we blend our wines to produce such fruity and fragrant characteristics . . . . that we thought we'd set up this unique opportunity for you to BLEND YOUR OWN.

We have managed to obtain examples of some of the classic wine varieties from around the world, each of which has a particular character, and have set up the chance for you to blend either a white or a red wine using up to 4 different wine styles.

Group together in blending syndicates of up to 10 people and take full advantage of professional blending equipment laid on for each syndicate. Find out what really suits your palate; be it soft and fruity, fine and elegant, or something that positively "four-wheel drives" around the mouth.

Each syndicate will elect a person to the Tasting and Judging Panel where the final blends from each syndicate will be judged and the blending syndicate who produced the winning wine will be presented with their prizes.

If, however, you feel that this unique blend creates the chance of a spectacular Company Gift, we will then disappear to arrange the exact blending of your chosen wine in a slightly larger quantity. Within 24 hours we can have your own special wine blended, bottled and delivered to your hotel with a specially printed label incorporating your Company logo and any other design that you might like.
